Payment terms will be provided upon approval of your application.

Minimum Order Quantity

We require a minimum order value of $200.00NZD for wholesale orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Wholesale orders will be shipped according to agreed-upon terms and shipping methods.

Any additional shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the wholesaler.

Intellectual Property

The Wee Smokehouse retains all intellectual property rights associated with our brand, products, and marketing materials.

Wholesalers are not permitted to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice of one month.
